Boneless skinless chicken breast. You can cut it into strips before you cook it, buy it already in strips, or cut it after you cook it.

Fix your alfredo and toss in the cooked chicken and mix it all together.

bonless skinless chicken breast sautee it on high heat

Boneless chicken breast cutlet is best for this. And you'll cut it into bite size pieces for your preparation.

Boneless skinless chicken breast

You can use any chicken you like. I use dark meat for my sauce because it has more flavor. Brown it first before you add the sauce.

Boneless chicken breast...Usually grilled

boneless chicken breasts- brown in a skillet. Or if you don't want to cook the chicken- just get a rotisserie chicken- it's ready to add + you'll have plenty of chicken leftover for lunch or another dinner

Bonless skinless chicken....You can find it in your local super markets in the freezer section already prepared all you have to do is heat it up....They're usually for Fajitas, but you can also use the chicken for pasta...I have!

Being a professional chef, my stand point is to use what you like, commercially you will see only white meat and breasts used in restaurants and the such. But at home, i use what is available. i would coat the chicken in a light flour and brown in a hot pan with just a little hot oil, aso known as sautee. be careful to not overcrowd the pan as it will not brown and you will acctually loose moisture. brown off in batches until the desired amount is done and then pat with absorbant paper or towels and then cut into desired size and or shape then add to the prepared sauce

Boneless chicken breast

I would use skinless, boneless breasts. Saute them in butter, until done, then cut them into the size pieces you want to use. Some people like strips, while other like chunks.

boneless, skinless, white
