My mom makes amazing Hot Coco here is the recipe:1 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. water
1 c. milk
a bit of vanilla, if desired

Combine cocoa, sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Heat it on low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent the paste from sticking to the pan. After about 1 to 2 minutes, add milk and vanilla. Mix it all together until it reaches your preferred temperature. Enjoy!!!???

can't have it without milk

Hot Cocoa Mocha
Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons HERSHEY'S Cocoa
2 tablespoons water
1 cup whipping cream
1-1/4 to 2 cups hot coffee
Directions:
1. Stir together sugar and cocoa in microwave-safe 2 cup measure. Add water; stir until well blended. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 30 to 45 seconds or until mixture boils.

2. Add whipping cream; stir until well blended. Microwave at HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until hot. Combine cocoa mixture and coffee. Serve immediately. 3 to 4 servings.

Just use water from the tap, and then put 2 tablespoon unsweet cocoa to 1 tablespoon sugar for every cup. Then put it in the microwave on high for 1 minute without the cocoa powder and sugar then when it's out of the microwave put it in the cup and stir. If you do it before it's hot it wont mix into the water and it will not work out. So put it in when it's hot and everything will work out! It tastes just the same if you did it with milk.

You take a tablespoon of regular Hershey's cocoa, sweetner, probably a packet or so, or sugar, mix with a little bit of boiling water and stir until melted. Then you can fill the cup with hot water and non dairy creamer.. a couple tablespoons. or put the whole cup in a microwave. Yum! Add whipped cream to the top. Without milk you can use canned milk, or water and half & half or water in place of the milk with non dairy creamer. I did it that way when I was on the Atkins diet.

may you can melt some regular chocolate and put it there.

add a little bit of sugar.

HOT CHOC WITH COCOA

2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa
2 1/2 cups powdered milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 pinch cayenne pepper, or more to taste
Hot water

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and incorporate evenly. In a small pot, heat 4 to 6 cups of water.
Fill your mug half full with the mixture and pour in hot water. Stir to combine. Seal the rest in an airtight container, keeps indefinitely in the pantry. This also works great with warm milk

It's the best! with pour some milk in the blender, 1 tbs of cocoa and 2 o3 envelopes of splenda.
You can do it also with vanilla and some cinamon, its, great!
enjoy!
