Fried Chicken wings in bbq sauce?!


Question: They had these when I was in Canada and we lived on them but you cant get them anywhere in Australia! I want to make some at home but need some tips. I bought small chicken wingettes and want to fry them.... do i leave the skin on? how long do i fry them for? when do i put the sauce on? any recs? tia!!! X

Yes - absolutely leave the skin on. Make sure the wings are dry before you put them in the hot oil. Should only take a few minutes to cook since they are so small. Just watch the color. The sauce goes on after they are cooked.

Here you go my dear.First marinate your wings with 5 tbsp of soy sauce +5 tbsp of lime juice+3 cloves of grounded garlic or 1 tsp powder+ dash of grounded black pepper. set aside for 30 minutes then fry over a hot oiled pan.When it starts to become red brown remove from fire and pour over it your bbq sauce.
