Shrimp pasta with alfredo or tomato sauce...

Saute the shrimp in a little olive oil and butter for maybe 4 minutes. Add a little minced garlic if you have it. Add the parsely. Toss it with some of the fettuchini.

Heck, why not run to the store get some milk and good parmasean cheese and make a light pasta alfredo with shrimp?

in a hot skillet use a small amount of olive oil, just enoug to coat the shrimp because you dont want them to be greasy. Heat the oil and throw in the shrimp. Throw in some cajun seasoning and some basil and salt and pepper to taste. I also like to throw in a lot of garlic and a few onions. Just stir it all together in the oil and serve over the noodles and you have a great dish! I use this a lot and everyone loves it! especially with the cajun seasoning!

shrimp cero over rice peas
