Sweetheart, add some tomato or spaghetti sauce, or butter. That said, you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. I eat a lot of pasta too, and the end of the month can't come TOO soon. Its really cold here too! x

Use butter.

I have made it with water & a dollop of sour cream before... and now that is how I make it because it was so yummy.

just add butter, and cupple peices of sliced cheese. and enjoy.

Just use some butter and reserve a little of the cooking water. It should be fine.

If you are making homemade macoroni and cheese then no, the milk is how you make the sauce and it wouldnt work with anything else especially since the milk amount is significant. If you are using the stuff out of the box, like kraft or whatever you could probably add a little cream like half and half if you have that, or extra butter since the milk in the boxed stuff isnt much

Exchange sour cream for the milk.

Butter!

I'd suggest calling a neighbor and if they have any milk share your dish.

butter and or sour cream

add water then,dummy
