Valentine's Day Dinner?!
I'd like to do this as sort of an "inside picnic." On the floor, with the blanket, the candles, and wine, so they have to be foods that will work with that.
Anyway, I'm desperately in need of main course ideas. I have a few things in mind for the appetizers and desserts (but I want the whole meal to go well together, so any ideas for those would be great).
I'm a pretty good cook, so difficulty isn't necessarily the problem, but I don't want anything too time consuming, as I'm planning this to be around a 5 course meal. Any help would be greatly appreciated it!
Answers: I am planning on making my boyfriend dinner for Valentine's Day. We have been together for well over a year now, so I've done more than my fair share of cooking, so I'd like to do something DIFFERENT.
