How do you make a homemade pizza crust - like Pizza Hut's pan style?!

Question: You can either purchase the dough at your local PH store or you can make it at home:
3 cups flour
about 1 cup liquid (half milk, half water)
1 tbsp butter (or olive oil)
1 tbsp yeast
1 tsp salt.

You can cook the dough for 10 mins at 350F before adding the tomato sauce and toppings if you want a crusty base. Pierce the dough with a fork after laying it on the tray to prevent it from rising too much.

Go to Pizza Hut, ask them to sell you the dough. Most stores you may have to talk to the manager, but they will usually do it...

Pizza hut will sell it to you uncooked, even with the toppings if you want. Call and get the details from your local Pizza Hut.

buy the dough at any store like shop rite or even do to a pizza place where you order you pizza from . place it in a large blow with flour down the bottom and let it rasie in a warm spot and cover with a dish towel to keep it warm. than once it is set to go to can use a floured board and work with it with you hands or a rolling pin just buy a pan that has high side like the pan pizza you see there . add if you like some cornmeal to the borad too and spread it to fit the pan and than eough to go up the side on the pan too, poke some small holes and bake for a few minutes not too much take out and add your pizza sauce and topping you will know when it is done. you can also check out the food tv. website to see the right way to do it too.
