Here is a simple recipe....chicken wraps...you heat up the tortilla wraps in the microwave for about 12 seconds..then after you have boiled your chicken..add a dash of salt in the water for flavor...then cut up the chicken and lay out on tortilla wrap..add anything you want like tomatos and cheese and etc. finally what makes it the best is ranch dressing....wrap it up and MMM good.....hope this helps. and its healthy.
Happens every day...preggo with baby #4 now. A nice big salad with something yummy on top - grilled chicken, shrimp, a nice piece of fish is good. Get a salad mix that has everything in it and add cukes, tomatoes, apples, raisins. Another easy one is grilled fish with a baked potato..I wash my potato, wrap it in plastic wrap and nuke it. That makes it much faster and just as yummy. Hope this helps.
