Toaster oven, everything sticks to tin foil - what can i use ?!

Question: I use my toaster oven for so many things its unreal, but i have noticed that everything sticks, and slightly burns on to tin foil..what can i use in the toaster oven so my cookies, buns etc arent sticking to the tin foil. i have the roasting pan that originally came with the oven, but i have yet to see non stick pans that will fit it. I will continue to keep my eye out for some, but in the meantime, what can i use so everything doesnt stick and make me look like a horrible cook ?

spray the tin foil with pam, or aerosol butter or olive oil. there are some olive oils that are extra virgin, in a spray can. this should stop the sticking, as it is what i do on my toaster oven.

try parchment paper, its in the same isle as the foil, the non stick foil by reynolds works too.

Try spraying pans lightly with Pam or other non-stick spray.
