SHRIMP alfredo!!!!

go buy 1 half pd of shrimp (about 2 to 3 dollars)
and a bottle of cattelli alfredo sauce (or any alfredo sauce) fry up the shrimp with chopped garlic and crushed black pepper (always use fresh) in about a spoon of butter or marg.

boil up some fettuchini noodles and when done add the 3 ingredients together total cost is about 8 dollars to feed 2 people (or 4 bucks a head)

you can replace the shrimp with chicken or and other seafood,
peel and eat shrimp are half cooked and can be REAL cheap buy the pound for a better bargian,

you can replace alfredo sauce with a homade sauce (look online its easy)

the fresh gerlic and fresh crushed black pepper can be replaced with powdered but it takes ALOT of the class (or gourmet) out of it

Take A picture of you refridgerator., send it to me... along with the cabinets filled with food. I will throw something together for you....

Crackers & cheese.
Fruit.
Veggies & dip.
Go shopping!

Take a piece of bread and toast it, lay deli ham or turkey on top and sliced tomatoes on top of that. Add salt and pepper if you like. Sprinkle shredded Mozzerella cheese (or whatever cheese) over the top, and place under the broiler for only a couple minutes...until the cheese turns light brown and bubbly. This is one of my favorite snacks/meals. If you have the ingredients, it's really good!

There is probably greasy crud under the stove for you to lick up.

Make some taco!!
