well me and my friends have gotten PB and chocolate syrup and mixed it up and froze it...? idk if you'd like it though
Fake Reeses! YUM!
You can go to a candy supply store and buy a mold for that.
It is plastic and comes with instructions.
Then you put in the PB, and seal the top w some melted chocolate.
You could use waxed cupcake paper cups. Freeze them first. They'll need about an hour in the freezer.
You pour in a very little chocolate, and swirl it around so that it goes and cools on the sides evenly. Then you freeze the result. (Only takes a couple of minutes.) You may have to build up the sides with several thin layers of melted chocolate. You don't want to build up too thick a bottom.
The PB mixture is plain PB, but Reeses adds a little sugar to it. You can do without it.
Then you top it off with some melted chocolate as a "lid", and freeze again.(Again, only a couple of minutes.)
Then you take them out, and peel off the paper carefully. Throw out the paper. Instant Reeses. Enjoy!
heres the quick nitty gritty- I haven't made them in a long time and don't have measurments for you
melt milk chocolate chocolate and temper it -google this if you don't know how to temper. then "paint" the paper cup liner with the choolate. reserve some chocolate for tops of cups later. place your muffin tray with painted cups in the freezer. In the mean time place peanutbutter and some powdered sugar in a sauce pan. Melt and combine. peanutbutter melts down nicely. Once your cups are set pour the liquid peanutbutter mixture into them filling 1/2-3/4 full and return to freezer to allow to set up and become firm. After the cups are set paint remaining chocolate on top and reset in the freezer. you can lightly spray your paper muffins cups with non stick stuff. you can also do this in a non stick muffin tray with out liners
get a mold, put a glob of chocolate at the bottom, let it harden a teeny bit, put a glob of peanut butter in the middle, it can't touch the sides and it can't be higher than the edges of the mold, then put some chocolate in it so it covers the peanut butter and creats a wall around it :)
