What should I cook tomorrow for dinner?!
Answers: something fast and easy I would be greatly appreciate it if you would type here the things I need to prepare it
Fried Rice.
Prepare enough rice so there is at least 1 cup per person when cooked. Add cooked pork, beef, or chicken if you want some meat in it. Sauteed frozen veggies like peas, carrots, and stir fry mix are perfect in here. Add some fresh chopped onion, green onion, mushrooms, or garlic. Add a chopped scrambled egg, soy sauce, sesame oil or seeds, pepper, and a few tablespoons butter for a rich dish. This dish is very easy to throw together based off of what you have on hand or ingredients and amounts definitely depend on personal taste, but there are also tons of recipes out there!

Fast Pepper and Onion Smothered Chicken Recipe
6 T. balsamic vinegar
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
3 t. olive oil
2 large onions, halved and thinly sliced
1 C. canned chicken broth
1 T. refined all-purpose flour (such as Wondra)
1 carrot, cut into thin strips
1 red bell pepper cut into thin strips
In a shallow glass or ceramic baking dish, pour vinegar over chicken breasts, turning to coat well. Set aside for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, warm 2 teaspoons of the oil. Add the onions, cook, stirring occasionally until onions begin to brown.
In a grill pan or skillet, warm the remaining oil over medium-high heat. Drain the chicken and add to the pan, cooking about 5 minutes per side. While chicken cooks, add broth to onions, and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated. Stir in the flour, carrot, bell pepper, remaining 3 tablepoons vinegar, and cook until the pepper and onions are tender and caramelized, about 10 minutes.
Place the chicken on four plates. Spoon vegetables on top of chicken breasts.
Servings: 4.
serve over rice with a salad
.Mac & Cheese (with the most cheese, stay away from whole grain or fancy looking pack, and get shells instead of noodles because shells capture more cheese) ($1.50)
.Nachos & Cheese (get chips with air bubbles in them, get cheese from the ethnic isle tho it costs a few dollars more) ($2.50 + $2.50)
.Gallon of Orange "bug juice" (the cheapest kind will do) ($2.00)
You may need 2 mac and cheese boxes according to how many are eating. The whole idea of mac and cheese is that everyone can, and will eat untill they cannot eat anymore.
If you want to get fancy, top each place of mac and cheese with breadcrumbs.
Basically Irish stew is made with the cheapest and most readily available ingredients, meat, onions potato. Many people also add sliced carrots to the stew, but these are thought not to have been part of the original ingredients but they also add flavour. I also enjoy the flavour of leeks and celery in the stew so go ahead use the vegetables that are easily available.
Irish Stew was traditionally served with wild mushroom ketchup, pickled red cabbage and white soda bread. A glass of porter is the recommended beverage to complement the stew.
Serving 4
Ingredients
1kg / 2lbs of rack or shoulder of lamb
4 large onions
2 leeks washed and cut into 1"rings
sticks of celery cut into 1/2 pieces
1 tablespoon of garlic chives chopped
1kg / 2lbs of potatoes
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and fresh thyme
1small sprig of rosemary
Salt and freshly ground pepper
400ml / 1pt cold water or light lamb stock
To garnish: chopped fresh parsley and julienne of carrots
Method:
Wipe meat and remove fat and gristle from meat Wash and peel potatoes. Slice two potatoes into thin slices. Keep the remainder whole or cut in two if too big. Remove skin from onion and slice into narrow rings. Prepare other vegetables by washing and slicing into narrow strips. Lightly grease a heavy based saucepan with oil to prevent ingredients sticking to the base. Line the base with the sliced potatoes. Top this with a layer of prepared meat then add a layer of onion rings, leek and celery. Tie herbs together in a bouquet garni and place on top.
Continue with the layers finishing with the herbs. Add stock or water and bring to the boil and simmer gently for one hour.
Top with the potatoes and simmer again until the potatoes are cooked approx. 20 minutes. The liquid should be reduced by half to resemble gravy.
Alternatively the stew can be cooked in the oven at 160C/325F/Gas mark 3. This will take about 2 hours to cook. Cover the dish for the first 1/ ? hours and then remove the cover to brown the potatoes for the last half an hour.
To serve:
Serve on a plate or large soup dish with the meat in the centre topped with the vegetables and surround with the potatoes. Pour some liquid over and garnish with parsley and julienne of carrots and white soda bread to mop up the juices.
Julienne of carrots
Wash skin and cut carrots in 2" lengths. Cut into even sized batons. Put into boiling salted water and cook until still crunchy about 3 minutes. Drain. Toss in melted butter and serve with the stew.
