If uncooked lasagne lasts for 3 weeks could I keep it cooked in the fridge for 1 week and still be OK to eat.?!

Question: I cook mine, cut up into individual pieces, wrap them in freezer wrap and freeze them. Take pieces out of freezer as you want them cover with foil bake again or microwave and you are set. Uncooked in fridge sounds like the ricotta would sour.

I wouldn't take the chance.

Absolutely, but thats about the limit although the pasta may get hard if its not covered well.

why would something uncooked last 3 weeks? Usually cooked foods last longer.

however, I wouldn't take a chance on both.

Yeah, what i would do is before you eat, make sure you heat it again very well, and if it looks green, or smells funny, don't eat it!!

uncooked lasagna should last about a week, cooked about 1.5 weeks. unless vegetarian. i would never eat nor serve lasagna that has been out that long

most food will last up to a week. Make sure you heat it till the center of the lasagna reads 140 degrees on an instant read therm. After a week bacteria start to bulid up and that temp kills all living things.

first off, uncooked lasagna cannot be kept 3 weeks anywhere for 3 weeks, it does go bad...unless u mean the uncooked noodles by themself in box, then they last forvere almost. As for easting a lasagna from your fridge after a week, well i wouldnt chance it, after 3-4 days bad things start to happen and you risk getting food poisining. NOT GOOD EATS
