Pasta dough question?!
Answers: I was planning on makeing just your basic pasta dough, I do remember it was about one egg and 100g of flour per person, but how much water should I add? (per person)
They're right, don't add water. If the dough is too dry with one egg per 100g flour, add an extra egg yolk, not water.
i make fresh pasta, we just use the eggs and flour...no water necessary!
yes... correct no water added... just egg yolk and plain flour.. salt...
Don't use water and if you can find it use pastry flour rather than the AP or the bread flour. The finger -feel of the flour should be soft rather than sandy.
