Put them in a pan of cold water, crack them ( crack the big end and kinda roll it so that most of the shell is cracked , but not smushed) and let them sit there for a bit. the water will get under the shell and make the peeling easier. Peel them under running water after you've let them sit for a bit.
The reason they don't peel so easily is they are fresh eggs.
It has nothing to do with the quality at all. Eggs that are several weeks old peel easier than fresh ones.

its best to peel when still slightly warm, But doesnt sound like you boiled them to long. If freezing cold they wont peel any eaiser either. Just bring them to room temp in 20 mins and try again, but do one egg out not the whole batch. Good luck

Put the egg on the counter, and apply some pressure and roll the egg against the counter so the shell is cracked all over, and it should make it easier to peel the eggs.

Enough pressure to crack the shell, but not smash the egg. I'd smack it lightly to initially crack the shell to avoid smooshing it. :)

Your eggs are too fresh. Yep, older eggs (2-4 weeks old, or more) peel MUCH easier than freshly-laid and purchased eggs. When I know I need a bunch for deviled eggs or something, I buy them 2-3 weeks in advance so I can easily peel them.

put eggs in a pot and add cold water ,bring to a boil, cook for 15 minutes .when done cool with cold water and then put the eggs in the fridge to cool for a few hours . then the shell should come off easier.

I don't have an answer to eggs that are cold.....but ,if you want perfectly peeled eggs...when they have finished cooking remove from heat....smack them with a spoon to crack each egg then put in cold water....the shells literally fall off....
The way to tell if your egg is over cooked is by the Gray ring around the yoke

You need to peel them when they are still warm.

i think you havnt boiled them enough try putting them back in the pot to boil longer.

Your eggs were too fresh.
Next time, buy them 2-3 weeks before you plan to boil them.
As eggs age, the membrane between the shell & inside of the egg shrinks...so the older the egg, the easier it peels.

That is too late for THIS time...but you can crack the shell and purt it back into cold water. It will help, but not as much as old eggs will.

Yup you unfortunately have really fresh eggs. When I know I have a lot of eggs to boil and peel I buy them two weeks a head of time. The best bet is to squish the shells and then try and peel them under cold running water. You'll still be picking little bits of shell off. Sorry there'll be lots & lots of em' but you can make egg salad or something. I hope these weren't for pretty eggs like deviled ones. Yikes !!!

Well, they're overboiled anyway. I'd put them in boiling ater for about 2 minutes, then pour cold water over them and peel them right away.

Everyone is right - they were too fresh. Put everything on a tray, sit down in front of TV to take your mind off what you have to do and just work quietly away at peeling them. That's what I would do because I sure as heck wouldn't waste them. I do hate when they are like that.

Take the largest and sharpest knife you have in the house and a cutting board. Slice the egg, shell and all the long direction in one swift motion (Watch those fingers) Use a spoon to salvage the inside of the egg. Do Not reach the shell from the inside with the spoon or you will have a problem. I have done this with some success. Make Egg Salad Sandwiches! Next time, add 1/4 Cup white vinegar to the water. Drain hot water immediately after cooking and replace with cold water and ice cubes. This will make them peel better and keep the yolks from turning green.
