Got any Good dinner recipes or ideas?!

Question: i want something different. i have about 30 things i make regularly. mostly american food, nothing exciting. i'm not in to zuchinni and spinach. my attempts at making chinese are not usually successful. i made a huge lasagna last night. looking for something not involving hamburger meat. husband loves chicken. my oven quit working all of a sudden for no reason! but the stove works. i don't know what the deal; is! won't be fixed until monday. (ugh) Help!

try making like grilled or fried chicken on your stove. Even better, make it with mushrooms and gravy on the side and a vegetable. Sounds delicious to me.

Make chicken breasts on the stovetop with rosemary or lemon. Yummm.

McCormick has a baked "fried" chicken seasoning, that is so good. you mix it with breadcrumbs. Oil the chicken and cover in the crumb mixture... then they get baked...so yummy and really easy, I like it with string beans and a lttle mashed potatoes! But what ever you have handy would work, they go with everything!

Do you like veg? I made a tasty veggie dish consisting of sliced sweet potato, layered with chopped onions and leeks. I then added about 2 pints of vegetable stock and topped the whole thing with home made cheesy breadcrumbs (works well with stilton cheese as sweet potatoes do have a sweet flavour). Delicious.
I then cooked a piece of boiling ham over the stove for the best part of an hour. Tasty

It's been cold and rainy here lately. How about chicken cheese enchilads, or a chicken cheese chowder?

chichen cordon bleu! its delicious! my dad made it for us one time!
