For a nice treat you can make a meat melody: use your pasta with the sausage, chicken and beef burgers and Turkey burgers( broken up and browned). (or only a few of the meat choices, your the cook..... make it how you want)

Brown your beef, turkey and Sausage and and then grill or pan fry your chicken in butter w/ salt and pepper. Boil the pasta with salt. Drain the pasta. Then mix in some butter, tomatoes( chopped up) soft cheese. Mix until blended. (milk might need to be added to create a nice sauce.) Add Meat and mix well. Serve. (salt and pepper to taste)

you can use the potatoes, sweetcorn and green beans to create a nice roasted potato dish. roast the potatoes with butter/salt/pepper. Toss with sweetcorn and green beans (if canned with out liquid) Nice to serve with the pasta dish above and bread.

You can make a nice sweet treat by creating a fantastic Ice cream bar. Toast the oats, cut the apricots in small pieces and make a nice display of toasted oats, apricots, raisins, Chocolate spread and Toffee sauce. Don't forget the ice cream.

I hope this helps give you some ideas.

TUNA PATTIES

1 egg
1 can chunk tuna (6 1/2 to 7 oz.)
1 tbsp. tuna liquid

1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
Fat for frying

Combine egg, tuna, tuna liquid, mustard, and half the bread crumbs. Mix well, shape into four patties. Roll in rest of crumbs.
Heat fat for frying. Cook tuna patties over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes until browned on one side. Turn gently and cook several minutes longer until browned on other side.

tuna and pasta bake!!

breakfast: Grate potatoes and drain the excess fluid by squeezing the water out of them. Flatten and fry until browned, then fry an overeasy or sunny side up egg and put it on top of the potatoes. Top with a slice of tomato seared and salted till lightly browned and hot. Season with salt and pepper.Yummy!

Makeshift Shepherd's pie with cheese.

Brown the hamburger, maybe mix in some sausage for a different flavor. Add green beans and corn. Season. Spread on the bottom of a baking dish. Mash the potatoes, season. Spread potatoes on top of the meat. Top with cheese. Bake at 400 F (200 C) until bubbling. If necessary, broil the last minute to brown the top.

Try to have some onion on hand next time.

Chicken and pasta salad

Serves 6

Preparation time less than 30 mins

Cooking time 10 to 30 mins

570ml/1 pint chicken stock
2 chicken breasts
100g/3?oz pasta bows cooked and cooled
100g/3?oz canned or frozen sweetcorn
18 small cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 spring onions, sliced finely
? baby gem lettuce, shredded

For the dressing:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
? tsp dijon mustard (optional)
? tsp sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp chicken stock from the poaching liquid

Method
1. Poach the chicken for about 10 minutes in the stock, then leave to cool completely.
2. Remove the chicken with a slotted spoon and cut into bite-sized pieces (this can be prepared the night before).
3. To make the dressing, whisk together all of the ingredients (or use a hand blender).
4. Combine all the ingredients for the salad and toss in the dressing.

dont know how many people you are serving..
but lets say 4..
saute up 4 chicken breasts.. and toast up 8 slices of bread (2 per person)
place toast on plate.. heat up can of beans, distribute evenly over bread in each plate, top with chicken breast and sprinkle grated cheese over...

2nd recipe..
boil up paste, drain, and set aside.. preheat oven to 350F bake
crumble up sausages and fry (if hard, then chop into small bits and fry up) steam up or boil up corn and green beans, if canned, just drain and set aside..
next, make a white sauce , melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a sauce pan on stove top, stir in 2 tablespoons of flour, then add 2 cups of milk.. add plenty of salt and black pepper.. stir or whisk quickly to keep from getting lumpy. this will be like a gravy...
add corn and green beans to this gravy..
now take half of the pasta, place this in casserolle baking dish, add all the sauage over this (in layer) then pour a little 1/2 gravy sauce over sausage.. grate a little cheese over this. then layer the remaining pasta,, and remaining sauce and grate a little more cheese over this.. bake for 20min till hot and bubbly... mmmm!

As it is only for tea......cheese on toast with baked beans on top followed by ice cream with hot choc spread OR - green beans, sweet corn, potatoes and turkey burger followed by, eeeerm, nothing coz you are full up! OR gently cook the white fish in milk, sprinkle grated cheese on top and serve on toast. If you have some milk left over, make some porrige. OR a good old stand by - sausage, chips n beans
