Please, anyone of malaysian descent who can help me translate this recipe to English?!

2) I do NOT want any automatic translation

3) Only looking for a human translator

I'm sorry, I do not know the dialect, but anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated

Try looking through this free E-book, it's got 490 award winning recipes.

Ingredients:
250 g sponge mix chocolate flour
3 chicken eggs
100 ml water
100 ml oil

Directions:
1.Heat oven for 10 minutes at 175 degree Celcius
2.Combine all ingredients in a cake mixer bowl, except for the oil; then turn the mixer on at max speed for 8 minutes
3.Pour in the oil and mix again for 2 minutes
4.Place this dough in a cake pan
5.Bake for 25 – 30 minutes

Ingredients for Topping:
1 can of fruit cocktail (pour out the juice)
250 ml fresh cream
Chocolate ganache

Directions:
1.Place fresh cream inside a cake mixer bowl, and stir until stiff (will not fall out of the bowl when flipped upside down)
2.Place cake on top of the turn-table so it’ll be easier for you to work with the cream
3.Split cake in two, and wet the bottom of the cake with a little bit of juice from the fruit cocktail
4.Spread cream on cake carefully. Pour fruit cocktails on top of cake.
5.Cover it with another layer of cake; wet it again with a little bit of fruit cocktail juice
6.Spread cream on top of this top layer and around the whole cake
7.Decorate with the rest of fruit cocktails using your own creativity
