Answers: Im not to big a sea food fan, so please no shrimp and such! Dont forget the side dishes!

COLA CHICKEN
1 family size package chicken wings
2 cup catsup
2 - 12oz. can cola (pepsi, coke, etc.)

Variations:
1). add 2- packages McCormicks Buffalo wings seasoning (or not).

2). Add 15-20 drops Tabasco sauce for hot wings.

Put chicken in a non-stick pan.
Mix together catsup and cola, seasoning….pour over chicken.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cook 45 minutes.
(turning chicken a few times, while cooking...to prevent from
sticking to pan)
Cook until the sauce becomes thick and adheres to the chicken.

It turns into the most incredible BBQ sauce. Yummmm!

I used the spices from a MILD (I don't care for "HOT") Buffalo
Wings packet...(the kind you get to bake in the oven).....I thought it
was really good.....(but you/I can't find a 'bad' way to fix chicken).

This recipe is doubled…..for my husband and myself…I use ? the ingredients.

You can double…the double….and more as you like.

BBQ Ribs

Use the same method….leave out McCormicks seasoning.

Easy Country Style Pork Ribs

1 package (about 8 or 10) country style pork ribs
1 2 Liter Dr. Pepper
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 Bottle of you favorite BBQ sauce

Place ribs in a large pot and cover with Dr. Pepper and add the garlic cloves. Bring to a simmer, cover and simmer for 30 to 45 mins.
When tender, remove ribs from pan and place in shallow baking dish. Cover ribs with BBQ sauce and bake in 350 to 400 degrees oven for 30 more mins. Brushing with more BBQ sauce every 10 mins. or so. These are sooo tender they fall right off the bone. Serves 4.

I serve with fried potato wedges and coleslaw.

3 cups of green cabbage shredded
1/4 cup of shredded carrot
Miracle Whip salad dressing

Mix cabbage and carrot in bowl and add dressing until creamy, I use about 3 tablespoons. You can add more or less to suit you taste.

Pan Fried Potato Wedges

2 large or 3 med. russet potatoes peeled and sliced into 1 inch wedges.
1 med onion roughly diced (opt.)
Vegetable oil

In a large skillet heat 2 inches of oil until hot, add potatoes and fry until soft and golden brown. Don't stir potatoes but let them brown turning lightly. Add onion and cook until onions are soft. Be careful not to burn onion.

I hope you enjoy this BBQ rib supper.

this is a recipe for a dessert....when you've grilled all your food take some bananas and cut them down the middle ,but not all the way through just so it's like a pocket, and put some chunks of a chocolate bar in there.... shut the grill and let them cook for a minute or two until the chocolate is melted and the banana peel will be brown/black... they r very good, eat'em w/ a spoon
