you heat the frying pan and put in the steak seal in the juices and then turn it over and do same . basically flash fry and then cook slowly. ENJOY
Turn the oven on broil and place the steak in a pan and place it on the rack closest to the heat (without burning it.)

minutes). Then place it on a rack further away from the heat and let it cook until it has reached the desired doneness.
