What is a good recipe for fixing Whiting fillets with skin on??!


Question: get your grease really hot,in the frying pan, .then take a bowl crack an egg in it with a lil milk then stir it together, in a large dish put some flour in it, then put the fish in the egg an milk then dip it in the flour make sure you cover the whole filet, then put it into the hot grease and fry it up so good..good luck...

this is and old fisherman's recipe, you will nee a flat piece of oak half inch thick.long enough to hold 5/6 fillets,soak the oak in a good brand of brandy .meantime prep the fillets.you will need 1cup flour,1 tea spoon each of white pepper garlic,course salt,and two or three eggs.mix all to together,dip fillets in mixture,bake in oven at 375 for 25 /30 minuets.remove cool .then chuck the fish and eat the board!!
