How about soft shell tacos. They are always fun.

Just cook some shredded beef in a pan until brown you can add spices if you want.
Then chop up tomatoes and lettuce.
Heat up some beans, pinto or black beans.
Cook some rice and get out the salsa.
Put it on the table and heat up soft taco shells or use hard taco shells.
Add some cheese and sour cream on top!

Ok u are Only 14 Me too! Umm try Chicken. with a salad that should be Easy? Hope they like Dinner

Chicken Tacos

********OLD FASHIONED "BISCUIT TACOS"
2 cans biscuits
8 tbsp. flour
Open biscuits and press 2 biscuits together. Roll out in flour to 3/4 inch diameter. There should be 10 biscuits ready to fill.
FILLING:
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper
Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Reduce heat. Add cheese to beef and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Heat 2 cups shortening. Fill biscuit shells with meat and cheese mixture. Fold in half moon and pinch together. Drop in hot grease and brown on each side.
SALAD MIXTURE:
1/2 head lettuce
1 tomato, diced
6 to 8 green onions, chopped (stems & all)
Toss salad mixture. Open biscuit taco and fill with salad mixture and favorite taco sauce. Serves 10. Absolutely delicious! Eat and enjoy!

at 14, I would suggest: BLT Sandwiches, on toasted bread with a slice of cheese and mayo. Serve with pickles and tater chips...or how about Bacon, eggs, homefries, toast with jam and some grilled tomato slices.???

Chicken and Rice.

Rice into a Rice cooker for the staple.

Take breast fillets and put them on wax paper. Sprinkle some Mrs. Dash on them, cover them with the other side of the wax paper and use your knuckle to "Punch" them and make them tender. Fry them in a pan or a wok.

Slice onions and tomatoes and maybe some Bell Peppers. Reheat the pan and toss in the veggies add a teaspoon of garlic. Saute the veggies for a minute. Add half a cup of water and stir. Mix in a bowl a tablespoon of cornstarch with some water. Stir the bowl so that the cornstarch doesn't clump. Pour it into the vegetable and brownings and stir. Let it boil and thicken to make a nice gravy.

Pour the veggies on top of the Chicken Fillets. Serve with the Rice.

EDIT: Never mind. I just saw the line that said "Nothing too hard"

Here are some things you can cook for future dinners:
You can buy a roasted chicken or two at your supermarket's deli section. They also have all types of salads and vegetables already cooked.

Another thing you can do is cook in a slow cooker or a crock-pot. You put the meat meal into the crock-pot in the morning and it cooks all day long. The meal is ready at dinner time. Be sure to read the booklet that comes with the crock-pot. Here are some recipes for you:

Depends on what you have around the house, or if you live by a grocery store. It's a little late but I always like Veggie soup.
How about grilled cheese.
