Glutes - 5 mins
Pecs - 8 mins
Gastrocnemius - 1/2 hr in boiling water + seasoning.

make sure they are clean then you can just boil them adn put in few herbs ect. Or you could make a piella which is really nice

With some butter, garlic, herbs and a little lemon juice.

i throw mine in a pan with little olive oil and some chopped garlic.... then when cooked i add them to a spicy marinara with some garlic bread wedges! yummy

Chop an onion, 2 sticks celery and garlic and fry gently until soft. Add the mussels with no extra liquid and cook until open.Add provencal herbs, fresh cream and black pepper.

In the pan with 1 cup of water, bit of celery, 1 sliced carrot, 1 leek and 1/2 medium sized onion. Cook for about 10 minutes on high, covered. Ready.
Wine is just optional, although it wouldn't be alcoholic after the boiling. It just gives a special taste.
A nice mustard & mayonnaise dip is highly recomended.

Do you mean 'mussels' ?
My god, there are a lot of idiots on here tonight.
