Parmesan Chicken

1/2 cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 envelope Italian Seasoning Salad Dressing
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2lbs.)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Moisten chicken with water; coat with cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

CHICKEN CORDON BLEU

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
6 slices Swiss cheese
6 slices ham
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon paprika
6 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Pound chicken breasts if they are too thick. Place a cheese and ham slice on each breast within 1/2 inch of the edges. Fold the edges of the chicken over the filling, and secure with toothpicks. Mix the flour and paprika in a small bowl, and coat the chicken pieces.
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the chicken until browned on all sides. Add the wine and bouillon. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
Remove the toothpicks, and transfer the breasts to a warm platter. Blend the cornstarch with the cream in a small bowl, and whisk slowly into the skillet. Cook, stirring until thickened, and pour over the chicken. Serve warm.

shake 'n' bake....easy and fast and tasty...with noodles and whatever sause you like??

I had made chicken with the chili salsa and chris n pitts barbecue sauce and added brown sugar and pineapple. It was really tasty. You can cook the chicken first, then add the ingredients after about 15 mins. Mix the items before, it almost tasted like a hawaiian chicken. Then make some white rice with some green beans or what you would like.

Place chicken pieces in an oven baking dish.
Sprinkle with a bit of salt, some garlic powder and some lemon pepper.
Cover with foil wrap and bake at 350 degrees for apprx. 3/4 hour till golden brown.
Remove foil wrap and place a can of cream of mushroom soup over the chicken. No water or milk added.
Continue to bake till bubbly and hot through.20-25 more miutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes using the sauce as gravy and some green beans.

Don't eat chicken. Do you know how cruel they treat them before they are slaughtered? They are packed into little cages so tightly that they can't turn around and they peck and kill each other. Some go insane. Become vegetarian. Besides, it's healthier. Vegetarians live longer, and did you know that if you eat an animal that was suffering when it was alive, it isn't healthy. At least, if you must eat chicken, eat chickens that were raised happily--for your sake and theirs.
