How do you make cookies without milk?!
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preheat oven to 350o
Put in mixer and blend:
2/3 cup Margarine
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup sugar
Add and keep mixing (just leave the mixer on as you add stuff – the more blended the better)
2 eggs
Add and keep mixing
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
Add and keep mixing
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
Add and stir in
12 oz chocolate chips
Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets, and bake for 8-9 minutes. The cookies should not look brown at all, but should look barely cooked.
Cool on countertop. You should have to tilt the cookie sheet to remove with spatula. That’s how limp they should be.
Makes about 4-5 dozen.

Most of the time I have them without milk.
Most cookie recipes do not call for milk... now when it comes time to eat them, then that's a different story....
Use oleomargarine or even better, butter flavored Crisco. Also, it's kosher!
You can always make them without milk (most of 'em anyway). But eating them without is a whole other ball game. I'm not allowed to bake them in my house if I don't have milk. :-)
Buy the Pillsbury rolls at the grocery store.
