Cook the diced beek in the pan, ad some honey until nice and brown.

chop your veg up, not to small but a nice chunky size. Add to cooked meat Fry them slighty in a pan then turn the heat down real low. Drizzle honey over the veg and turn them in the pan.

Boil rice..

And your done!

If you can go out and buy some tinned chopped tomatoes you can either have another spag bol or you can fry the vegetables then add the tin tomatoes and have that with pasta. Would be nice with a bit of added chilli or hot sauce; maybe also with black olives if you like them.

What about using the beef and veg to make a stew. Dumplings are nice in the stew.

fry the minced beef add tin of baked beans-- tomatoes- onions and chilli powder and worcester sauce to taste- serve on bed of mashed potatoes.

my wifes own concoction but tastes really good.

Why don't you make your own burgers with mince and onion and maybe a little bit chili in then make a stir fry with the veg to go with it

You can try frying the meat, then you add seasonings and others. or, maybe you can do this one :

Chili Spaghetti
1. 1 pound ground beef
2. 1/2 cup chopped onion
3. 2 garlic cloves, minced
4. 3 cups tomato juice
5. 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
6. 6 ounces spaghetti, broken into 3-inch pieces
7. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
8. 2 teaspoons chili powder
9. 1 teaspoon salt
10. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish; stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 65-70 minutes or until spaghetti is just tender. Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.

Maybe you can substitute the minced and diced beef for the ground beef . . .

and with the veggies, maybe you can try a very tasty filipino dish i LURVE.

Chopsuey!

8-10 fresh white mushrooms (or 2 small cans of stems and pieces)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 cans bean sprouts, undrained
4 tablespoons molasses
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 can Swanson chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch

# If you have a pressure cooker, it does wonders in tenderizing the pork.
# Cut pork into 1/2 inch cubes.
# Slice celery thin on diagonal.
# Slice onion into long slivers.
# Slice mushrooms into small hunks.
# Open cans of broth and bean sprouts.
# Mix corn starch into water.
# Heat oil in deep pan (pressure cooker or dutch oven), add butter and heat until it begins to bubble.
# Add pork cubes; don't stir for approximately 2 minutes to permit the pork to brown.
# Stir and add onion, celery, then mushrooms.
# Sprinkle in white pepper.
# Let cook over medium heat, stirring often, until celery and onion slivers are tender.
# Add chicken broth, soy sauce and bean sprouts.
# Now add the molassas, and stir.
# Taste for proper balance of sweet and salt flavor, adding more soy sauce or more molassas to balance flavor.
# Cover pot and simmer for at least an hour.
# If using pressure cooker, bring up to slow rocking pressure, and cook for 10 minutes.
# Let cool on its own, then remove cover and let simmer slowly for about 20 minutes.
# When pork is totally tender, and you have the proper sweet/salt flavor, mix corn starch into water and add to pot.
# Bring up heat just to the boil while stirring.
# Lower heat and let "cook" for about 15 minutes.
# Serve over long grain rice: 1 cup rice, 2 cups water, pinch of salt; bring to boil then cover and set on lowest heat setting for 25 minutes.

hope this one helps > . ^

Right, this is what you do :-

First of all make sure you have a big pot, half fill it with hot water.
Then add all the chopped vegetables and put it on the boil for 5Min's and reduce heat a Little.
Meanwhile you seal the diced beef in a frying pan, then throw it into the pot with the vege, do the same with the mince.

Add salt and pepper to taste as you know.

Then add some Gravy granules or make your own gravy.

Now You have one hell of a pot of reely reely nice stew !!
Soud be done in 25 min's add dumplins even better about 15 min's for these.

Let me know if you eat this sort of food O.K

italian chicken

Ingredients
Boneless chicken breasts, or other chicken pieces of your choice
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt and pepper
Tomato slices
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese

Spray a glass casserole dish with non-stick spray. Use whatever size casserole fits the amount of chicken you are using.

Sprinkle each chicken breast with salt and pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. I use a generous amount of the garlic and onion powders to coat the breasts on both sides. They add a lot of favor with no fat. Do not use garlic and onion salt, or if you do, don't salt the meat, as it will be too salty. Place the chicken pieces in the baking dish.

Lay a large slice or two small slices of tomato on each breast. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil. No need to use a lot. Even a teaspoon makes a big difference in the taste and texture when it is done.

Bake at 375oF for about 20 minutes.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese on each chicken breast. Bake for another 5 minutes.

Variation:

Try a fresh basil leaf under the tomato slice. It adds wonderful flavor.
I have used boneless chicken breasts. Feel free to substitute other chicken parts if you prefer.
Taking the skin off lowers the fat content drastically.
