How to cook beef so its not like rubber?!
Answers: every sunday we have meat for dinner but its horrible its like rubber how do you cook it so its edible lol
Let's Say your using some kind of Roast!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Best to start fixing this right away in the morning!
Put roast in a roasting pan!
You can either pour a can of beer, coke or just water over it!
This will keep it moist!
Add seasonings like:
salt
pepper
garlic salt
onion salt or slices of onions
3Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
You also can use a pkg of onion soup mix for seasoning!
But best of all!
Cook you roast for 2 1/2 hours to 3 1/2 hours or even longer!
Check roast during this time and take juices from pan and moisten top of roast so it doesn't get tough and hard. Closer to the end of the cooking I liked to peel potatoes cut them in 4's long way and put them into roasting pan and also mini carrots. Cook this intil carrots are tender. Then your roast is done and nice and tender!
The best information is to let it cook for a long time and keep putting the juices on top of roast to keep it moist and if the juice are getting low add more water to pan. This will also give you good broth to make gravy!
If it's a beef roast, try putting it in a slow cooker/crock pot. That's the only way I cook a beef roast! It comes out tender and juicy.
IF YOU TELL US WHAT KIND OF BEEF CUT YOU ARE PREPARING WE CAN HELP YOU...
what sort of meat are you using?
how are you cooking it?
if it's a cheaper cut of meat it might be rubbery no matter what.
but you can try to tenderize it with a meat hammer, marinate it, and cook it slowly
try a roast in a slow cooker with some taters n carrots. it will be delish!!

May The Wok Be With You?
Depends on what your cooking, if its not tender, then you have the wrong cut for how your cooking it. Some meat needs to be marinated before cooking. Some meat you have to cook for long periods of time.
Give more details on what type of meat, the cut of the meat, and how your cooking it.
bake in the oven covered for about 2.5 or 3 hours at 350', basting about every 15 mins in the last 45 mins......if after 3 hours you need some color remove foil and baste often......good luck....
Like the others said, "Roast Beef in a slow cooker / crock pot." However, I would also like to add make sure that you cook it nice a slow too. At least 6 hours or longer if you want it nice and tender. If you cook it too fast it won't be as tender. Also, pick up a package of seasoning and mix according to directions.
I often make pot roast in mine with carrots, onion, potatos, and celery.
cook it slow and on a low heat - i wrap mine in tin foil so it kinda steams its self
