Does anyone have any good snacks for teens?!

-baked lays chips
-cheesesticks
-100 calorie packs
-breyers double churned(and no added sugar) ice cream
-chocolate peanut butter ricecakes
-frozen fruit with fat free cool whip
-quaker chewy granola bars
-fruit pops
-chocolate milk
-graham crackers
-vegies and dip
-pretzels and fat free cream cheese

What about fruits and vegetables?

Carrots dipped in tasty sauce. Like salsa or whatever.

Gold Fish

Fruits and veggies. Also, try those 100 calorie snack packs-- they're great!

Ummmm, try peeling apple skins and and cutting the apples.

Soybeans
Soy chips
Unsalted pretzels with homemade honey mustard
Apples with peanut butter
Plain yogurt with fresh berries
A veggie burger
Carrots or crackers with hummus
Cheerios and raisins with carob chips
A microwaved potato or sweet potato
Individual serving of low-fat/fat-free pudding
Carrot and celery sticks with low-fat dressing
Popsicles made from 100% juice

Protein keeps you full longer than other foods, so a cup of yogurt, some Special K cereal (they have a high protein kind) with milk, jerky, etc.

I cut slices of cheese and grapes and put them on crackers..they're really good! and it's heaps easy=)

Nuts are very good for you. I like roasted peanuts in the shell or cashews the best.

How about fruit?

I like a raw carrot as a snack too.

Rice cakes are nice on their own or with a little butter.

A cob of corn wouldn't take long to cook in the microwave.
