I need dairy, flour, rice, and pasta free recipes?!

Question: I understand that my husband needs protein, but he doesn't and I don't need anything that is white. It all contains simple carbs which turn into sugar right away. So....looking for recipes that contain meat and vegies only. Carbs can come from vegies and some fruits. Thanks!

ok i know this is rice but this is way better (for you and tasting) make black sticky rice and roll it into balls, then make a veggie stir fry and make one medium sized peice of steak.
to prepare:
put a spoon of the veggie stirfry down first
put a black rice ball on top of that and a thinly sliced peice of steak on top/ resting on the side!
this is a really delicios meal! hope you like it! :-)

Make a veggie and meat stir-fry. Season it with some garlic, soy sauce and pepper.

I keep eggs boiled and ready to eat all of the time. I also had scrambled eggs for breakfast, and keep liquid eggs on hand always. For lunch, chicken, sandwiches made with whole wheat flour breads or low carbohydrate dark breads, all meats are good, of course. Dinner can be anything with meat of choice, with cauliflower pureed as a side, and a salad.
