Yes. A Kitchen Aid. I bought it 2 months ago and now hardly turn on my regualar oven. I've made everthing from stuffed cornish hens to perfect toast. It make awesome toasted sandwiches too-No more Quiznos for me, I don't need to spend a fortune on their "toasted" sandwiches anymore thanks to my Countertop oven. I've baked bar style cookies in it too-prefection!

Buy one these: http://www.kitchenaid.com/catalog/produc...

We use it much like a microwave, which we don't own. We use it to reheat lunches, toast, and for small portions of french fries.

No clue as to why I got a thumbs down for this answer. Is it because we don't own a microwave?

I cook frenchbread pizzas in them. >w< mmmm Pretty much anything thay says "toaster oven directions" on the box.

I use mine a lot for garlic bread or waffles. The thumbs-down trolls need to get a life.

get one we cook steak and everything. theres so many settings on it you can make anything

You can cook english muffins...poached eggs, regular toast and much more. but if I were you I would stick with a regular toaster.

I use it for whatever can go in the oven. I think they're better than a regualr toaster. You can still make toast, bagels, ect.

-Bread
-Bagels
-Mini pizzas
-Grilled grapefruit
-English muffins
-Stuffed tomatoes
-Waffles
That's all I can think of right now.

Easy and convenient for simple hors d'voreus (blah, that isn't spelt right), and is small and compact enough for everyday use. I hate pop-up toasters. :)

Ours gets used a LOT - it's super when cooking for just one or two people, plus, it beats waiting for the whole oven to heat up. And, to cook a little bit of food, it's a lot less wasteful of electricity. If you get the one that's convection and has the shape which allows you to put in a whole frozen pizza, you'll have everything you need.

I like it for making 1/2 dozen cookies (don't want too many in the house at any one time, do we?) or open-faced toasted sandwiches, too. Single-serve items like meat pies, stuffed chicken breasts, etc. are done quickly in the toaster oven.

Get yourself a couple of small baking dishes (like Pampered Chef's Small Bar Pan) made "toaster-oven-sized" and you won't use your oven except at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I have a Sharp "Warm & Toasty", it is a combo. Microwave, convection oven and toaster with a top browning grill. I use it almost daily. Cost at a discount appliance store...under $140. Much better than a plain toaster oven, but not as good as a plain old toaster for toasting bread.
I just made a cherry crumb pie in it today!...Your 1st STAR!

I use mine to make open faced sandwiches, my favorite is cheddar cheese, tomato and garlic on buttered sourdough...mmmmmm

Its also perfect for reheating leftover pizza, no more soggy leftovers!

I don't have a toaster so i use the toaster oven for bread and hot sandwiches and for heating up left overs that I don't want to use the microwave for.

Canned bisquits, cheese toast, weiners. Some people use them a lot, some, little. For people who don't use them a lot ,it would wasting space.

I have one, but found I wasn't using it enough to justify the amount of counter space it used, so now it's deep in a closet. When I run out of closet space, I'm sure it will end up at the local thrift store.....

I miss my toaster oven (going to get a new one soon), but I used it to heat up foods, cook anything I would use my oven for mostly (chicken breasts especially), banana bread, heat up waffles I've made, toast (obviously), etc. It saves on the energy bill too as it doesn't use nearly the power like an oven does. If you are going to buy one, invest in a 6 slice toaster oven that way you can have more room to do more with (that's how I am able to cook banana bread easily and I don't need the specially sized cookware for a toaster oven either). Not sure on brands (I've had a Toastmaster before), but definitely get one that is at least $50 or more for quality.

just get a toaster.

it's useful for pizzas and stuff. But I just use it for pop-tarts and bread.

It's major disadvantage, it's slow, and bulky, this thing is HUGE, and much slower than your conventional pop-up toaster.
