Chocolate Cheesecake

1 ? cups graham cracker crumbs
? cup sugar
1/3 cup margarine or butter melted
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese soften
1 (14 oz) can sweeten condensed milk (Not evaporated milk)
1 (12 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips or 8 (1 oz) squares semi-sweet chocolate,
melted
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extact

Preheat oven to 300. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan. In larger mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining incredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes until set. Cool. Chill. Refrigerate.


This one I really like because it rarely cracks. I have a cracking issue with lots of them. If you want anymore, I can scan from a cookbook and email it to you. Very rich!

i love just regular cheesecake with raspberry sauce and fudge sauce on it

Cheesecake
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (8oz) pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup (1/2 pint) Sour Cream
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 (8oz) ctn. Cool Whip

Beat cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip, blending well. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish with strawberries.

All of them as long as someone else makes it.

I'll eat just about any thing but snotty Okra, fired Okra is ok, liver, and turkey.

My favorite recipe is I clean myself up nicely and come over with a plate & a fork .... and give the puppy dog eyes......... ****whimper ****

Chocolate Bliss Cheesecake

18 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed
2 T. butter or margarine-melted
3- 8 ounce pkgs cream cheese-softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 pkg (8 squares) bakers semi sweet baking choc. - melted and cooled slightly

Heat oven to 325*. Mix crushed cookies and butter and press onto the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, mixing on low speed until just blended. Blend in melted chocolate. Pour over crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife or metla spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake, cool before removing the rim of pan. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight,. Makes 12 servings.

Our Best Cheesecake


1-3/4 cup honey maid graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup margarine-melted
1-1/4 cups sugar
3-8oz packages cream cheese-softened
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1-21 oz can of fruit pie filling-(of your choice)

In bowl, combine crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup sugar. Press on bottom and 1-1/2 inches up side of 8 or 9 inch springform pan, set aside.
In a bowl, with electric mixer at high speed, beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Blend in sour cream. Spread in prepared pan.
Bake at 350* for 60-70 minutes or until center is set. Turn off oven. Leaving door slightly ajar, leave cheesecake in oven for 1 hour.
Remove from oven, cool completely. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Remove sides of pan and top with fruit pie filling of your choice..

i don't know how she made it, but my father's second wife made a great cherrie cheesecake...

the one i make white chocolate and fresh raspberry it cost me around $50 but dam its worth it mmmmmm!
