I have pork roast leftover?!

Question: I want to shred or chop the meat, put in a crockpot, and add barbecue sauce. I was thinking I could make sandwiches with it. Has anyone tried this? If so, how long should I let it simmer in the crockpot? I will appreciate any other suggestions. Thanks.

i do this all the time but not in crock pot
i just did this with leftovers 2 days ago.
i slice thin or shred and put in a pot on stove with bbq sauce (ive tried lots diff. flavours- last one was a sweet and sour one)
i heat on low till warmed thru then put on hamburger buns or bread and wrap in foil and put in oven for about 15 min.
i oftne add sliced onions with the meat and sauce . very delish

pulled pork sandwiches...yummy! or make burrito's, taco's.

unfortunately if youve already cooked the pork roast at a high temperature, it wont get tender or shred in the crockpot, slice it thin, grill on both sides and brush with bbq sauce, serve on a sandwich

if the meat is fall apart tender then just warm it up and add the bbq ,it its not then let it go for a few hours with with a small bit of water or broth then shredd it and add the bbq
