Shortcrust pastry cooking in the oven for how long and at which temperature?!


Question: If the pastry has a filling then 180C for 30-40 mins light and crispy every time. Without a filling to bake blind 200C for 20 mins then when filling in 180C for another 20 mins to cook the filling

i don't know about shortcrust but 325 should do it about 6 to 10 min watch it

15 to 20 min 220 c

depends on what you put it on and whether or not you like them light brown or darker! Try 350 for about 8 to 12 mins. Keep an eye on them, if they are not done, leave them another min or two. KEEP YOU EYE ON THEM! THEY WILL BURN QUICKLY!
