Hey

I have a kenwood smoothie maker which is really cool but its a junior. If you add an assortment of fruits some ice some youghurt or milk and blend should be fine!

yoghurt ice cream fruit crushed ice and ur fruit. plus freeze it when done thats nice!

This is what I use for the most yummy smoothie . .
1/2 c plain yogurt
1/2 c orange juice
1/2 banana (or as much as you like if you like a strong banana taste)
1/4 c frozen blueberries
1/2 c frozen strawberries

yum!

FRESH STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIES

15 Fresh medium-sized strawberries, hulled and washed
2 tbsp. Honey (preferred) or sugar
4 oz. Water
Crushed ice

Place strawberries honey and water n a blender. Blend at high speed while adding crushed ice to achieve desired consistency. Smoothie should be stiff enough to hold a straw, but still be pourable. Makes 2 to 3 smoothies.

STRAWBERRY ORANGE BANANA SMOOTHIE

1-1/2 C. frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
1 banana, peeled and cut up
1/2 C. orange (or apple) juice
1/2 C. nonfat vanilla or other flavor yogurt (not frozen)
1/2 C. small ice cubes
2 Tbs. protein powder (optional)

In a blender, whirl together all ingredients until smooth and thick. Serve immediately.
Makes about 3 C.

BANANA SMOOTHIE

1 c. milk
1 ripe banana, cut into halves
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1-3 ice cubes

Place milk, banana, vanilla and ice cubes in blender container; cover. Process for 20 seconds. Pour into glass. Serve and enjoy. Makes 1 smoothie.

BANANA PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

1 c. pineapple juice
3 bananas, sliced
1 tbsp. honey

In a blender, combine pineapple juice, bananas, honey and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
