not sure where you live but check this out....http://www.holeydonuts.net/index.php
I love krispy Kremes.... dont worry about the three today...as long as you enjoyed it - tomorrow go for a walk or do the stairs... drink lots of water... some days you just need three!...

also.. if you want a recipe heres one!

3 3/4 c low-fat baking mix 1/2 c sweetened applesauce
1/2 c light brown sugar, packed 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3/4 tsp nutmeg Glaze:
1/3 c light margarine, cold 1 c powdered sugar, sifted
1 whole egg 1 tsp almond extract
1/2 c fat-free plain yogurt 2 tbsps fat-free milk

Preheat oven to 425. Prepare 2 baking sheets with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix, brown sugar, and nutmeg. Cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in egg, yogurt, applesauce, and vanilla extract. Stir just until moistened. Turn out dough onto a surface lightly sprinkled with additional baking mix. Roll to 1/2" thickness. Cut with a floured 3" biscuit cutter. Punch a hole in the center of each doughnut with a floured finger. Place on baking sheet and pull dough gently to make about a 1" hole, keeping doughnut uniformly shaped. Brush tops with milk and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Meanwhile, to prepare glaze, combine powdered sugar, almond extract, and milk. Drizzle over doughnuts.

OMG- wow... well, personally they are one thing I would not alter but eat sparingly!

That is hilarious! I just saw a commercial for Coke Plus. Get this it is supposed to have vitamins and minerals. Can you believe it? A soda with vitamins and minerals! What an oxymoron!

Krispy Kreme donuts are evil! Actually you can bake donuts. I used to have a pan to make them in. Look at the Wilton's website they may have it still.

Wow! That sounds like you had a delicious treat! Just stay away from all the sweets for the next week and walk up stairs instead of the elevator! Next time eat 1!
Not sure if they even make anything low-non-fat & etc like that and if they did it would'nt taste as good as Krispy Kremes!

if it makes you feel better, donuts are less evil then oreos. A Krispy Kreme has the same amount of calories but much less saturated fat, so you could have done worse.
I've also seen the pans in which you can bake donuts- I think I saw them in Viking.
By the way, a regular non-filled Krispy Kreme has 220 kcal, so look for recipes that have less than that.

take a half inch layer of pizza dough.. fill a deep pan with vegetable oil ... let sit on high heat till... ( splatter watter ont he oil to see ifits ready if it starts to pop & stuff its ready cut the pizza dough into donuts fry untill golden brown... sprinkle with cinnamon& sugar... THERSOO GOOOD and not to bad for ya either
