Is cheese cake served with whipped cream on it?!

Question: Cheesecake can be served with whatever you'd like atop.

Answers: Cheesecake can be served with whatever you'd like atop.

Only if you like it! That's totally a matter of taste.

not normally but if you like it why not.

either way its up to you i like crumbs on mine

It can be, if you like.

Some people like it that way. Cheesecake Factory does it. Berries in syrup and chocolate are other popular toppings.

Yes, you can do that.

A good cheese cake doesn't really need anything else.

You didn't say what kind of cheese cake you are serving. If I serve a cheese cake with a fruit topping such as pineapple, blue berries, or cherries, I don't put anything else on it.

I have used a little whipped cream when I made chocolate cheese cake.

That's how it's served at the Cheesecake Factory.

You can..
you can put pumpkin pudding on it if you like..
apple pie mix
drained pineapple
sliced peaches
Aghhh - - -cinnamon sugar or any combination
It is food
It is desert
It is fun.
And you do not need to ask permission

Well, I personally have not seen cheese cake served with whipped cream, but why follow the crowd? It can be topped with whatever you like! Here are a few suggestions:

Fresh fruit- I really like strawberries on top of a chocolate cheese cake. Raspberries, blue berries, and black berries are good as well.

Fruit glaze- you can buy this, or make it yourself by heating up some preserves, like peach or strawberry, and then carefully drizzle it on top of the cake.

Chocolate or caramel sauce- I like to drizzle on some melted chocolate or some chocolate sauce to make designs.

For a nice garnish, you could try mint leaves, lemon, orange and lime zest, chocolate chips, cherry chips, caramel or butterscotch chips, various small candies, and yes, whipped cream :)
