most of the hamburger helpers are good, you can make it a little better quality if you make them with velveeta shells and cheese and ground beef tho...make the hamburger mac or whatever its call...its on the kraft website...

angel hair pasta prego meat sauce. add any leftover meats or add any crispy veggies to a non meat sauce. it's usually 80 cents for the pasta and 1.50 for the sauce. use leftover meats or veggies to stretch it out.

This is what I do,

I buy those cheap little Japaese ramen packets in plastic, boil water, and engorge!

They are delicious but not very heathly unless you add veggies!

Cheers!

In the second pot..... put in chili beans or kidney beans (or both), 1TBS chili powder. Set aside.

1. Spaghetti Sauce

2. Chili

Taco Stew

Here's a one-pot supper that's hearty and filling.
Prep. 15 mins.
Cook time 30 mins.

1 lb. ground sirloin
1 large onion (roughly chopped)
1 large russet potato (Peeled and cut into 1" cubes)
1 (14.5oz.) can mixed vegetables
1 package of taco seasonings
4 cups water or beef broth

In a large dutch oven or heavy 6 qt. sauce pot, brown ground beef and onion until evenly browned and no longer pink. Add potato, vegetables, taco seasonings, and water or broth. Cover and simmer until potatoes are done, about 25 to 30 mins. I serve this dish with cornbread. Enjoy.
