STEAK WITH SEASONED BUTTER

1/4c. (1 stick) butter, room temperature
1/8 c. olive oil
1 large shallots, quartered
2 large garlic cloves, halved
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
3 (8 to10-oz. each) New York strip steaks (about 3/4 inch thick)

Combine first 7 ingredients in processor. Blend until almost smooth. Spread 1 heaping tsp. seasoned butter over each side of steaks. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour. Transfer remaining seasoned butter to small saucepan. Heat on low heat until butter is melted and warmed through. Broil steaks until cooked to desired doneness (about 4 minutes per side.) Pour seasoned butter over steaks and serve hot.

Well, you are in luck, steak isn't a hard meat to cook.

Simple-
1 tsp olive oil
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
diced glover of garlic
1 tsp pepperika
splash of red wine

Take the piece of steak, wash it, then place in a clean bowl. Add the red wine, pepperika, garlic, pepper, salt and olive oil. Rub in and allow to soak for at least one hour (the longer the more intense the flavor). Get a pan, sear the steak to your liking (Raw= 4 minutes per side, medium= 8 minutes per side, done= 12 minutes per side).

Good luck....Enjoy!!!

Yes, steak isn't a hard meat to cook!
We cook steaks every Friday night. I marinate mine by splashes. Put the meat in a baggie or on a plate. Sprinkle with garlic powder, a season-all powder, onion powder, throw on a spoonful of minced garlic (I buy mine already minced), a splash of worcheshire, lemon juice and canola oil. Let sit for an hour at least. Broil on high until brown on one side (about five minutes), then flip and continue until brown on the other side. I like my steak rare, so you might want to broil it a tad longer. Easy peasy!
