I know it is dumb but Spaghetti and garlic toast.

I won a contest at the local fair for my sauce one year.

Oh and I can make a mean glass of ice water too...........

i can whip up a mean batch of fluffy, light pancakes.... always a crowd fave....

I make a Mexican lasagna....layer tortillas, cheese and such..then bake. sooooo good. And quick too:)

Probably my Broccoli, Rice, and Cheese Casserole, slow cooked bbq lil smokies, And my Banana Pudding. At least when I go to cookouts and dinners that I am just an invitee to, these are request for what to bring, no matter the season.

I never have leftovers when I fix my famous Baked Spaghetti or Lasagna either, no matter how large the crowd.

Mine is Crab meat risotto, Feta Cheese with Basil Salad and Brazilian Flan.

i make a mean lasagna. i mean, my mother says it's better than her's....the secret is less Ricotta cheese. i HATE it. i just don't use as much. makes it better.

Raroo Tzimme , a sweet venison dish w/ prunes , it won an event at after i let a kid help + claim it as his at his school.

My spaghetti sauce. Old family recipe. (ok so I open a can or jar of whatever is on sale that week). It is the other stuff you add that makes it yours and leaves the guests clamoring for more.

My lasagna is awesome! I also am not crazy about ricotta, so I make a thick bechamel (white) sauce instead. Yummy! And I put some roasted red peppers in the red sauce for a little sweetness.

And a delicious punch made with fresh pineapple, rum and champagne.

Its a tie between lasagna and baked ziti

Sausage and chicken Jambalaya. Takes a long time to make but it's worth it!

My kids say Its my homemade noodles and chicken, and my sweetie thinks its when I make bake fish and potatoes in a creamy white sauce.

I feel a bit overwhelmed, everyone's dishes are so fancy here and mine is very very simple.

My boys and I hunt so we have a lot of game meat, my signature is backstraps, sliced 1" thick, marinated 4 hours in a blend of 1 part zesty italian dressing mixed with 4 parts barbecue sauce and then grilled over charcoal.
I usually grill vegetables with it, green peppers sliced and covered with olive oil and asparagus done the same way.
I dont have to worry about leftovers very often.

Chicken curry, pineapple upside down cake or apple pie, I need to get a signature drink. Your lemon-orange ice tea sounds great.
