Have you ever eaten cookies with butterscotch morsels?!

Question: I had them like only once when I was about 8. They're SO good! Do you have the recipe of how to make it from scratch?

OATMEAL SCOTCHIES COOKIES

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oats, uncooked quick or old fashioned
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nestle's butterscotch morsels

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats and butterscotch. Drop by level tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes for chewier cookies, 9 to 10 minutes for crispier cookies. makes about 4 dozen cookies.

I have used them, and like them alot. They taste particularly good in oatmeal cookies.
Get yourself a container of Quaker oats, and follow the recipe on the back for oatmeal cookies. Stir in your bag of butterscotch morsels, and bake as directed.

Yes! And I used to LOVE them! lol They were called Oatmeal Scotchies. Here is the recipe. I can never find the butterscotch morsels, but I'll look better for them now.

You can substitute them for chocolate chips, or just add them, to any drop cookie recipe.

yea every year my mom makes oatmeal cookies w/ the butterscotch morsels. they're the best. i think theres some recipes on the packages that the buttorscotch morsels come in or somethin!! Hope that helps u =)

Follow the recipe for Tollhouse chocolate chip cookies but use butterscotch morsels instead (using both kinds is even tastier).

I don't know why but I don't like them. I love butterscotch (candy, etc.) but I cannot stand those butterscotch morsels in anything. Weird isn't it?

I don't have the recipe but I remember eating them. They're called Toll House cookies, and you can usually find the recipe on the back of the butterstoch baking chips.

i often replace the chocolate in chocolate chip cookies with butterscotch chips or with peanut butter chips. the taste is delicious.

Yes. Macadamia nut and butterscotch..MMMMMMMMMMMMMM.good
