Answers: ok and don't say a frying pan .

butter

lard

?

butter

oil.

Bacon grease, gives it a nice flavor and you don't need to add salt.

Cooking spray or just a dry non-stick pan.

Olive Oil, healthier for my heart!

But I sometimes use Flora too :-)

butter

it depends on what kind of mood I'm in...

I used to use veggie oil when I was living at home and then sometimes I would use butter.....alot of time we would use the grease from whatever meat we were frying at the time...

now that I'm married, I use butter or non stick spray

Sunflower oil,Every thing that is fried ,I use sunflower oil.

For flavor not health, a little bacon drippings and a little butter mixed. Just a teaspoon of each.

depends on if i need to watch my cholesterol, love to fry eggs in shortning, but will use canola as a substitute with a little butter.

butter, especially the spreadable kind from Land O'lakes. I think it has canola in it. It's not necessary to have spreadable butter for obvious reasons but it tastes better.

Olive oil, if I fried bacon then some of the bacon grease.

Either nothing, which is fine in a good, heavy based, non stick pan, or, failing that, one squirt of fry light. I prefer to taste the egg than the oil.

Crisp and dry as it doesnt leave an oily residue on your food.

p.s. have you tried cooking them in the oven in a bun tray ? You just need a tiny drop of oil in each area and crack an egg in, cook on 200c for about 5 mins, the flavour is much better than a fried egg and healthier too!

Pam

I use a well seasoned cast-iron frying pan with a little bacon grease.

sunflower oil

Veg' oil, on a low heat, cooked slow.

butter but want to try all at once one time.

Sunflower oil for fried eggs, butter for omlettes

bacon grease

i think pam spray is goood !
along with some topping of adobe powder with a slice of american cheese and u can throw in a tea spoon of italian bread crumbs ! and enjoy !

oil

i will more prefer to put butter caused it smell good.....
