Old Fashioned Chocolate Milkshake
1 cup chocolate or vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup whole milk

3 - 4 tablespoons chocolate syrup



Directions



Put all the ingredients in the canister of a blender. Blend until smooth



Orange Julius Smoothie
1 cup water

1 1/4 cups frozen concentrated orange juice

3 tablespoons pasterized egg whites or egg substitute

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 cups ice



Directions



Blend all ingredients (not the ice) 15-30 seconds. Add ice and blend 10-15 seconds. Enjoy.



Note: You can substitute 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream for the egg white



You can subsitute instant vanilla pudding mix for the vanilla extract



You can subsitute powdered sugar for regular granulated sugar

add some vanilla ice cream ,oreo cookies ,milk , use the mixer brender for mix it together , you will have a great shake,

if you like pineapple, just change from oreo ,just add pineapple from can ,you will get pina colada milk shake,,

enjoy!

oh i make this one smoothie it is soo good!

ingredients:

assorted frozen berries
orange juice
honey or maple surup
and ice

then blend it to gether
