Food that make you not go?!
I have no idea I've been eating jerky and goldfish for dinner all week and cup o noodles and water.. will bananas do the trick or is that a laxative ?
Answers: Ok I need some food suggestions that will help me not go so much or at least give me some structured excrement =)

What about eating every day healthy food including veggies, chicken, fish......
you need carbs, proteins and healthy fats....not too much sugar and not to much salt and no fried food.
Jerky and goldfishs are full of sodium (salt) which binds water in your body and that's why you can't get it "structured".

Bananas
Rice
Applesauce
Toast
eggs will definitely bind you as will high protein drinks of any flavour.bananas work as a laxative for many people so avoid those if you can.
but goldfish????? really???????
bananas will MAKE you go. Cheese will stop you up.
egg's will Bind you or any food stuffs thickened with cornflour. Stay clear of turnip brassicas peas legumes and pulses. Also shell fish can cause looseness so be careful around them. Bananas is good at Binding but give oranges a wide berth
rice and cheese should ...clog you up. bananas, plums/prunes, and other fruits/veggies will make you go.
