Little meatballs

Cheese and crackers or stuffed mushrooms

Nothing too heavy so they don't spoil their appetites for your dinner. Raw veggies and dip is a good appetizer.

If you want to splurge, how about shrimp cocktails?

I like to serve some good nuts, cheeses and a real good special cracker. You can have some hard cheeses and some soft. Mabybe have a few olives and some of the small pickles. (Add some raw veggies if you like) These a fairly healthy, easy to handle and not too filling. Easy to prepare too.

Veggies & dip.
Fresh bread with balsamic vinegar & olive oil to dip in.
Crackers & cheese.

some banana with ice cream and some 1piece cake

pistachio nuts and a cold glass of water or some chips n salsa and some jello shots

Cheese and Crackers, Nuts, Veggies with a dip

A glass of wine or beer to stimulate the appetite.

Bruschetta

* 3 cloves garlic

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. Combine tomato, basil, and red onion in a small mixing bowl; stir well. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Set aside.
3. Arrange bread on a baking sheet. Place in oven, and bake until well toasted, approximately 5 minutes.
4. Remove bread from oven, and transfer to a large serving platter. Let bread cool 3 to 5 minutes. Rub garlic into the top of each slice of toast; the toast should glisten with the garlic. Spoon the tomato mixture generously onto each slice, and serve.

1 cup pepper jack

Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 cup of water until tender and drain. Discard liquid. Combine all ingredients in mixer. Heat in oven until hot and serve.

Serve Pizza for your guests !

I would see a "snack" as some tortilla chips with their choice of several dips such as cheez whiz, salsa & a spinach and artichoke dip.

Or you could do a tray with wheat thins, saltines, different cheese slices, cut pepperoni, cut salami and olives.

Or my mothers favorite, Pinwheels. You take Lebanon Bologna, fill it with cream cheese, roll it up like a pin wheel, cut into smaller pieces, and serve.

arm - i refer you to the previous question

I make this one for a nice change.I also like to serve meatball kabobs.Small meatballs and cubed cheese.Use a fancy toothpick and stick all over in a loaf of round bread or french bread.
