What's a good lowfat dip for veggies?!

Question: Becareful with hummus, it's chickpea puree thinned down with olive oil, so it isn't all that low fat - althought it's a 'good' fat.

Thick, virtually fat free greek style yoghurt with chopped fresh herbs and garlic, or yoghurt, BBQ spice seasoning and a dash of chili/worcester sauce for something spicy

Low-fat thousand island dip is my favourite. You can find a pack of 4 or 5 different falvoured low-fat dips in most supermarkets.

Hummus. For those who dont know, it's a spread/dip made from ground chick peas and spices. It's delicious, filling and packed with protein. You can make it yourself fairly easily with excellant results or find it in the refridgerated section in lots of different flavors at your grocery store. Even Wal-Mart. My favorite is roasted chili pepper hummus. I had some spinach artichoke that was pretty good and the roasted garlic is a staple in my house..good snacking :0)

you could make hummus...they have a lot of recipes on allrecipes.com and they provide the nutrition facts

Hummus or Low Fat Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing.

The best dip ever is Sweet Chili Sauce. It has zero fat. Try it on shredded broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, & cabbage.
