you can make heart shaped ones since it is almost valentines day with a heart shaped cookie cutter and call them ...umm maybe full of love or something on that line ..........
this one will make 60 ove them and if you chose to make leave out 1 cup of the flour to put down on the counter where you are going to roll them on then you wont get too much flour in them, that causes them to get hard

INGREDIENTS
5 pounds self-rising flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup lard, melted
2 quarts buttermilk
1 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup bacon drippings

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, stir together the self-rising flour and baking powder. Pour in the melted lard and mix until blended. Stir in the buttermilk and milk just until the dough comes together.
Pat the dough out on a lightly floured surface and roll to 3/4 inch thickness. Cut into biscuits using a biscuit cutter or round cookie cutter. Place on baking sheets, spacing about 1 inch apart. Brush the tops with bacon drippings.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until the bottoms and tops are lightly browned.

go for something simple

Not sure, do you need a recipe or just a name and shape.
You could cut them out with shapes of heart, diamonds, clubs and spades and call the Aces of Spades. Or just hearts and call them Sweet Hearts.

Tea biscuits, shape them in a triangle or a circle..use cookie cutters or a glass turned upside down to cut them out....
you can add raisins to them and some sugar to sweeten them up....

i like to make biscuits wiv ma kids we usually make stars and add a hand full of sultanas they usually go down a treat
