Good Luck!

YES ANY TYPE OF MILK WILL OK. JUST MIX WITH EGG.

yes you can...just add one beaten egg to your milk...and dip away...and then flour...
a really good trick...is...after you dip your chicken in the milk mixture, and flour...lay your floured chicken on a platter and let it sit in the refrigerator while your oil is heating up...helps keep the flour on better....while frying, and well...taste better for some reason....

Hope this helps you!!

do what Sarahz stated to do that;s the same way I do mine

Good luck!

Yes you can.......... but you can also make your own buttermilk by adding 1 tablespoon lemon juice to 1 cup of regular milk...

..I have never subbed reg. milk for buttermilk, but I have used ranch dressing. This is very tasty

A substitute for buttermilk - 1 cup
Substitute: 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar plus enough regular milk to make 1 cup (allow to stand 5 minutes)
