Make cheese sauce. Make a basic white sauce (butter/marg, milk and flour, whisking all the time so it's smooth) then add some grated cheese to it. Keep some grated cheese for the top. Mix the sauce with the macaroni and put grated cheese on top - bake in the oven until the cheese on top goes goey and eat.

Buy a box of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese (or Kraft Dinner, if Canadian) - To prepare the dish, one boils the pasta, and then adds milk, butter and the cheese powder.
