Need an easy recipe for Spinach Artichoke dip like in the restaurants...?!

1 jar artichoke hearts....drained

1 cup Mayonnaise

1 frozen package of spinach, thawed, rinsed, drained well... give a couple squeezes to remove liquid.

4 cloves of garlic (minced fine, add 1 TBS water and Microwave on high for 2 minutes)

1 tsp. garlic powder

Stir together... put in baking dish... bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.

This is best served warm.

  • Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
    1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
    In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.
    Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned

    Serves 8

    Spinach-Artichoke Dip

    1 (10-oz) package frozen chopped spinach
    2 (13 3/4-ounce) cans artichoke hearts
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
    1 cup grated pepper jack cheese

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish with nonstick spray.

    Heat the spinach in a microwave oven on high for 5 minutes and squeeze dry. Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop in a food processor.

    Combine all the ingredients except the jack cheese in a large bowl. Stir well. Scrape into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle the jack cheese on top.

    Bake for 30 minutes. Transfer to a chafing dish and keep warm over a low flame. Serve with bagel chips. Yield: 6 appetizer servings.

    Here is a great simple recipe that doesnt need the oven.
    3 tbls. sour cream
    3 tbls. mayo
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    1/2 tspn garlic powder
    1/2 tspn salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 cooked artichoke( can microwave loosely wrapped in plastic wrap for 7 min.) dice
    1 bag fresh spinach (diced)
    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    You can relace 2tbsp. of plain yogart for the sour cream
