Can you help me with a recipe I've lost?!
Answers: I clipped a recipe from the newspaper for chocolate coffee which consisted of cocoa powder, instant coffee, creamer, and sugar. I have since lost that recipe. Does anyone know the proportions I should use of each. Thanks for your help.

1 cup powdered coffee creamer
1 cup powdered chocolate milk drink mix
2/3 cup instant coffee
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Mix all ingredients together. Store in airtight container.
Is this it?
Chocolate Coffee
2 tb Instant coffee
1/4 c Sugar
1 oz Squares unsweetened chocolate
1 c Water
3 c Milk
Whipped cream
In saucepan combine coffee, sugar, salt, chocolate, and water; stir over low heat until chocolate has melted. Simmer 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until heated. When piping hot, remove from heat and beat with rotary beater until mixture is frothy. Pour into cups and sail a dollop of whipped cream on the surface of each. Makes 6 servings.

Also, if this isn't it, I suggest going to your local newspaper's website and search the archives for your recipe. That's what I do when I lose a recipe from the paper.
